The other day, I needed to go to the emergency room. Not wanting to sit there for 4 hours, I put on my old Army fatigues and stuck a patch that I had downloaded off the Internet onto the front of my shirt. When I went into the E.R., I noticed that 3/4 of the people got up and left. ?I guess they decided that they weren’t that sick after all. Here’s the patch. Feel free to use it the next time you’re in need of quicker emergency service.

To expand on this subject, the ACLU has also just filed another injunction against the city of Encino for the passing a law …

Lacking Perspective on Muslims

As much as I enjoy ripping on the Muslims tonight I am going to come to their defense. Earlier this week my mother forwarded me an e-mail about the fact that the United States Postal Service was issuing a stamp commemorating a Muslim holiday. She was outrage that the United States would issue a stamp for the Muslims the same group of people she felt who attacked us on 9/11 and at various other times. I felt it was important to point out to her that we have a separation of church and state here in America. TThis separation of church and state that allows us the freedom of religion also makes it essential for the …

Just when you think it can’t get any more complex… the war against illegal immigration decides to throw another log into the fire.

Now for those of you who’ve read my previous posts on illegal immigration, you know where I stand. I believe that illegal immigration (and our lazy approach to preventing it) is having a tremendously negative impact on our economy, our public education system, day-to-day business, and health care benefits that were designed to assist low-income Americans who couldn’t otherwise afford it.
