Most of our regular readers have heard bits and parts of the story where Christine stabbed me in the shoulder with a steak knife. Originally I decided that I wouldn’t tell this story.. (she is embarrassed that she has a violent side… I on the other hand fully embrace mine), but I’ve come to realize that I need to tell this story just incase I come to an untimely demise.. I want everybody here to know who is responsible.

“Cunt’. That is little word was what pushed Christine over the edge.. We were hanging out in her kitchen and she was cooking dinner (as she should) and I was ranting about someone.. Probably that loony girl down in Texas being a media whore.. but anyway, I said something along these lines.. .”What a fucking cunt bitch”. Christine spins, knife in hand and impales my shoulder… at first she [...]

Happy Birthday Joe

On this day in 1926, Penn State head football coach Joe Paterno was born in Brooklyn, New York to Angelo and Florence Paterno.

He went to St. Edmond’s Grammar School and Brooklyn Prep before serving the final year of World War II in the Army. From there, he went to Brown University where he played quarterback under head coach Rip Engle. After graduating from Brown, Paterno passed on his acceptance to Boston University law school and decided to follow Engle to Penn State where Engle had become the head coach of the Nittany Lions. In 16 seasons behind Engle, Paterno learned more and more about the game of football until finally succeeding Engle in 1966.

As they say: the rest …

Categories: True Story.

1. Lose 15 pounds by March even if I have to go back to my high school days when I used to work out for two hours every morning and puke after every third meal. -) I?m just kidding… sort of.

I think she has gotten pretty close to this one.. close enough (since I don’t know statistically if it’s true that I would give her credit for it). She is looking hot.. HOT better everyday… )

2. Buy an Audi A4 cabriolet even though Christopher swears I?ll never take the top down. We live in L.A., for crying out loud. I?m all about taking tops down. -)

So she has not purchased her A4.. and she seems to have moved slightly …

I dug up Christopher’s post from last year listing his top ten New Years Resolutions for 2006, and since 2006 is now coming to a close, I figured I’d give them a quick peek and see how well he did…

10. Post at least twice a week on Chris vs Chris

Hrmmm. No. He didn’t accomplish this one. BUT… he did redesign the entire site twice, created two brand new websites as gifts for me, and taught himself how to use Actionscript 3. So we’ll cut him some slack on that one… -)

9. Visit my family and friends in PA more often.

Well… he went once last year (at Christmas) and once this year (for Christmas again), so I can’t …

HMO Bullshit Part I

Okay, so yes, I am pissed. I have just about had it with the shitty fucking health care system in this country and from what people tell me, no one is happy with it, and yet, no one is doing a goddam thing about it (if I knew what to do, I’d do it).

Here’s the latest bullshit.

I pay $300 per month for Healthnet HMO (yes, I will mention the greedy piece of shit bastards by name). My $300 supposedly buys me the ability to see a doctor when I’m sick, get prescriptions at rates cheaper than what the drug companies would like to bilk the public out of, and allow me to go to the hospital in case …
