I’m really sick of these carb counting pussies. All I hear out of everybody who is a fat ass or overweight is oh I can’t eat this and I can’t eat that. As Dr. Denis Leary once said “Shut the fuck up”. You need carbs, if you don’t eat carbs your liver will rot and your brain cells will most likely dry up and die. So you will be nice and thin but you will start turning yellow and be as stupid as a rock. Why don’t you fat fucks just try eating a little less instead of trying to subtract fiber grams from the fat grams and the carb grams to determine what the carb ratio is in your food. Seriously doesn’t anybody else realize how fucking asnine that is? How about we all stop looking to some fat fucking dead [...]

The Cornerstone of Our Legal System– Jury Duty

While I was in Canada, my boss received a jury summons and one night, while waiting for the crew to shoot the next scene, we entered into a discussion about the best way for him to get out of it. Everyone there had advice. “Say you know someone involved with the case,” “Say you make crime movies and have enough experience to know who’s innocent or guilty right off the bat,” “Say you’re a Jehovah’s Witness,” “Say you hold a police officer’s testimony over anyone else’s.”

Everyone seemed to have a strategy for getting kicked off a jury as if it were an art form. I didn’t think much about it until I read an article today on …

Conduct “Unbecoming”

Two cases involving the behavior of women being scrutinized has recently garnered a lot of public attention, so I thought I’d post on the subject and give my two cents.

First, let’s talk about Miss New Jersey. Here’s the recap: 22-year-old Amy Polumbo (Miss New Jersey) was almost forced to give up her crown after “racy” photos were anonymously mailed to pageant officials. It turns out that she was able to keep her crown, but after seeing the photos that were ultimately released to the public, I’m wondering why it was a problem to begin with. The photos– which show no nudity at all– are hardly racy. One shows Amy’s boyfriend pretending to bite her nipple through her …

It’s Amazing I Turned Out as Well as I Did…

So I had to post an email my father just sent me. It was a forward– I love my Dad but he tends to find the most asinine emails and somehow thinks it’s a good idea to forward them on to me even though he’s quite aware of my political views. I’m starting to think he does this just so I can send back responses confirming just how ridiculous the emails are and why he should put a little more thought into who might’ve originated them and what their agenda could be. So… here’s the latest. It was teeming with every propaganda technique I ever learned about, poorly disguised I might add, so I decided to …

With all the world’s hate for the U.S. based on a myriad of reasons from our system of government, to our president, to our foreign policy… I’d just like to bring light to a fact that inspired an article on CNN today: Americans donated more money to charities worldwide than the citizens of any other country– twice as much in fact than the second most charitable country which was Britain.

In total, Americans donated almost $300 billion to charities last year in response to the needs created by the Asian tsunami, and hurricanes Katrina, Wilma, and Rita. Excluding relief funds for various disasters around the world, the 2006 total of philanthropic giving in the …

5 Facts About Abortion You Didn’t Know

The abortion debate usually centers on the morality of the act itself, today lets look at it from a different angle.

  1. Legal abortions just didn’t start with Roe, or even with the five states that liberalized abortion laws in 1969 and 1970. Prior to Roe, women could have abortions when their lives or health were endangered. Doctors in some states, such as Kansas, had very liberal interpretations of what constituted danger to health. Nevertheless, Roe did substantially increase abortions, more than doubling the rate per live birth in the five years from 1972 to 1977
  2. A sharp increase in pre-marital sex with the start of Roe. With abortion
