So the blog us back up after being down for 4 or 5 hours, basically the install went.. “pretty smooth” however the Ultimate Tag Warrior plugin actually screwed the install up enough to allow it not to happen.. after I eventually started deleting things in hopes of fixing things the situation started to get brighter… lucky for me I started with UTW. .
Anyway… eventually got the upgrade to go through but still had a broken .htaccess file (which I had changed in an attempt to fix things early). It’s all good now.. and I do realize nobody cares.. on the bright side.. 2.4 should work perfect out of the box and my big worry about the two plugins we also worked perfect. *woot*
Now I can finally write a new original post.

Ok… so Christine was right about something that we were in direct disagreement about for the first time.
The flight from Los Angeles to Chicago is over 3 hours…. ( I was confident that it was under 3 hours ).
Additionally I don’t think we will be updating to WP 2.3 anytime soon, because I will bet my last $ that it is going to break every custom thing I’ve ever built on this site.
